Would not recommend this company anymore. The quality has left Quality Cleaning Service. Follow up on issues were non-existent. Owner would not show up when asked to, so that the issues would have be seen and addressed by him. If he had, he would have been embarrassed to have his name attached to the quality of work that was being done. No consistency and way too many excuses. Very disappointed in the direction this company went.

Kyle cleaned our carpets, shower tile, and floor grouting. Everything looked new and completely refreshed. He was knowledgeable, professional, flexible with our needs, courteous, prompt and efficient. All was very reasonably priced and so well done. So happy we did this!

All we have to say is WOW! Our windows were not just cleaned but our screens were too. The window sills were all cleaned too from all that summer pollen. QCS came here and made our windows not just cleaned inside and out, but they actually shined! I would recommend them anytime. We are thrilled with their service. Kyle of QCS did a fantastic job of cleaning our windows! He also cleaned the grout in our tile floors and bathroom shower and it looks like new! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and always on time! We are looking forward to having him come every spring to keep our windows clean and sparkling!

Tracy has done an outstanding job for us this summer, as had Tamara. They do a great job cleaning our offices, but they also clean my house. I love going home on they days they have been there. They leave a clean and cheerful house behind. And they never quit smiling. That's my favorite part.

Miranda and Rebecka (and occasionally a sub) every other week and they're wonderful. I enjoy them when I'm here but more importantly, the dogs love them. I sometimes have a large German Shepherd and always a three-legged lab who love these two. The lab is beside herself when they arrive and the shepherd doesn't scare them off. I can't recommend this cleaning service highly enough.

When I looked for a new window washing service, I liked the reviews I read about QCS, but I saw only one comment re: window washing. I called to inquire and learned this is a relatively new service they are offering. I was impressed when Kyle came to give me a quote, and I was very pleased with the thorough and professional work he did. Our windows and screens look great! I will definitely turn to QCS for our window washing needs in the future.

Recently changed my cleaning service to Quality Cleaners. I am delighted with their cleaning and attention to detail. I noticed a big difference immediately after the first cleaning and wished I had made the change to them much earlier. I was not satisfied with the other company, they were more expensive and not nearly as thorough as QCS. So glad I switched - I highly recommend QCS!!

Great efficient work! When renters leave the unit needs a deep cleaning. I had QCS clean when our last tenants left the usual. I was surprised at the level of the cleaning done by three women in just a few hours. I will use them again. Thank you QCS.

Quality Cleaning Services has excellent cleaning services and is very dependable with our office. They are always never late, keep everything looking great in our office. Always very honest and easy to work with. They are a very professional, local business that is worth doing business with. 5 stars, always.
